Data controller. ALTIV, 43 avenue Trudaine, 75009 Paris, France. For any question about your personal data or to exercise your rights, write to contact@altiv.co.

What we collect. When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, financing need, amount sought, timing and message. If you email us directly, we receive your contact details and the content of your message. The site has no accounts, newsletter or payment features. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical connection data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. To limit abuse of the contact form, a counter derived from a hashed version of your IP address may be kept for up to ten minutes.

Purposes and legal basis. We use your messages to respond to you and to assess and follow up on your professional request, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, or to take steps at your request before entering into an engagement. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

How form requests are handled. Requests sent through the contact form are not stored on the website. They are forwarded by email to contact@altiv.co through our email delivery provider, Resend, and then handled in our mailbox.

Retention. Correspondence with prospective clients is kept for up to three years after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows, in which case it is kept for the duration of the relationship and applicable legal limitation periods. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.

Recipients and transfers. Your data is accessed only by Altiv and by the service providers we use for email (Google Workspace), contact-form delivery (Resend) and website hosting (Cloudflare), acting on our behalf. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your data.

Your rights. Subject to applicable conditions, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to set instructions regarding your data after your death. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Third-party links. Links to other websites (such as LinkedIn or our clients’ and partners’ websites) are only followed if you click them. Those websites’ own privacy policies then apply.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for audience measurement, advertising or social-media tracking, and it does not store information in your browser. Fonts, images and video are served from our own domain; no third-party content is loaded when you browse the site. For this reason no cookie-consent banner is displayed.

If we add any non-essential cookies or trackers in the future, they will only be activated with your prior consent, and you will be able to refuse or withdraw it as easily as you gave it.
